Our Approach
Our founder, Dr Eva Orsmond has committed her life to changing peoples relationships with food and nutrition. She is a strong advocate for the prevention and reversal of Type 2 Diabetes and other chronic illnesses associated with being overweight or obese. Dr. Eva’s approach to nutrition has seen our clients lose up to 14 stone, drastically improve their health, well-being, energy levels and increase their self-confidence.

Dr Eva Orsmond (MD, MPH)
Our founder, Dr Eva Orsmond is passionate about educating people on the importance of living a heathy lifestyle and maintaining an optimal weight. Born in Finland, Dr Eva has worked as a medical practitioner in Finland, Italy, Namibia and Ireland.
In 2001, Dr Eva opened Ireland’s only medically supervised clinic solely dedicated to weight loss, weight management and Type 2 Diabetes reversal. Dr Eva’s approach to nutrition has seen her clients lose life changing amounts of excess weight, drastically improving their physical health and mental well-being.
Recognition for her tireless work soon followed with the TV series ‘Operation Transformation’ in 2007. Dr Eva was involved with this hugely popular series on RTE for six seasons and it gave her a platform to promote health advocacy with regular TV, radio, magazine and newspaper features.
Her popularity as a public figure and determination to tackle societal health issues resulted in the groundbreaking documentaries – The Sugar Crash, The Medication Nation, Ireland’s Health Divide and many other TV programmes. Dr. Eva is also a best-selling author with three highly acclaimed books:
