Ingredients

100g Philadelphia cheese (plain or flavoured)
4 Scallions, finely chopped
1tbsp Chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp Chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
800g Hake fillets, skinless and boneless 
Herbamare salt

Directions

1.
Method:
Combine the cream cheese, scallions, and herbs in a bowl.
Mark as complete
2.
Smear the cheese mixture evenly over the fish fillets.
Mark as complete
3.
Roll each fillet and secure them with a cocktail stick.
Mark as complete
4.
Place the fillets in a steamer basket and bring the water to boil.
Mark as complete
5.
Steam for 8-10 minutes until cooked.
Mark as complete
6.
Season with Herbamare salt to taste.
Mark as complete
7.
Serve with a side of vegetables, such as cauliflower mash and green salad.
