SMOKED SALMON CRACKERS GARNISHED WITH CAPERS, DILL SEA SALAD SPRINKLES

A delicate holiday appetizer that sets the perfect tone for a cozy Christmas feast – light
and elegant, yet satisfyingly filling enough to keep you steady on the straight and
narrow, even during the indulgent festive season.

INGREDIENTS
- Pack of Dr Eva’s gluten free flatbread crackers (4 per pack)
- Smoked salmon slices (~10g per crackers)
- Philadelphia light cream cheese 80g (~2 teaspoons per cracker)
- Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon (~1 tablespoon)
- Seasoning to taste, for example a pinch of salt and pepper and some garlic
granules
- Pack of fresh dill leaves (~10g chopped and a few tops for garnish)
- Capers (2-3 per cracker)
- Sea Salad Sprinkles as garnish

METHOD
1. Prepare the cream cheese spread to taste.
Add the 80g cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill leaves and
seasoning to a bowl and mix until well combined
2. Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each cracker.
3. Add a thin slice of smoked salmon.
4. Finish with capers, some dill and a sprinkle of sea salad.
