What to Expect
No two people are the same, so no two medical plans should be either.
This is why your initial assessment is essential before commencing any of the below programmes.

Assessment Visit
This is for any potential patient that has several underlying health conditions and are on quite a large amount of medication.
It is also a must for an individual who has been diagnosed with Diabetes or Pre- Diabetes.
In this assessment Dr Eva will assess all the areas as stated in the nutritional assessment, alongside a full analysis of your current medical conditions, medications, and symptoms.
Let’s not forget that many chronic conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and osteoarticular aches and pains are all due to an unhealthy lifestyle. They can be reversed with the right guidance and support.
Dr Eva will educate you on your conditions and give you recommendations on how best to move forward. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and relay any concerns that you might need answers for.
The next step then would be to start one of Dr Eva’s medical programmes where alongside herself and the team, we will hold your hand and guide you in the right direction.
