Lamb & Feta Burgers
Gluten free if using Tamari instead of soy sauce.
These burgers are so satisfying you really won’t miss the bun. They go very well with a Tabbouleh made with cauliflower rice, or with chips made out of turnips. With these carbohydrate ‘alternatives’ you won’t feel left out even at barbecues.
|1 large courgette, grated|
|300g lamb mince|
|50g feta cheese|
|1 bunch of spring onions, finely chopped|
|1tbsp sugar free soy sauce|
|Mixture of fresh mint, coriander and parsley leaves, chopped finely|
|Freshly ground black pepper|
