Ingredients

400g Frozen Mango

800ml Kefir

2tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder

A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
Thaw the frozen mango for 1-2 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge, or simply peel and cut up the fresh mango into cubes.
Place all the ingredients in a NutriBullet or similar blender, and blend until smooth. Serve chilled.
