At Dr. Eva's Clinics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds and cancellations.
Food Products
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of food products that have been opened, unsealed, partially consumed or otherwise altered after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Meal replacement shakes
- Protein bars
- Biscuits and wafers
- Porridge
- Croissants
- Snacks and other nutritional products
Customers may request to withdraw from their purchase and return eligible food products within 14 days of delivery, provided that the products remain unopened, unused, sealed and in their original condition.
For health protection and food safety reasons, food products that have been opened, unsealed or partially consumed are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email and provide your order number and details of the products you wish to return.
Returned products must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal request.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, store credit or refund.
Programmes and Consultations
Our weight loss programmes, diabetes support programmes, nutritional consultations, assessments and medical consultations are professional services.
Refunds are not available for assessments, consultations or appointments that have already taken place.
Where a programme includes personalised advice, medical assessments, nutritional plans or other customised services, refunds may not be available once work has commenced.
If you wish to cancel an assessment, consultation or appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be assessed in accordance with the terms of your booking.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date through your customer account or by contacting us directly.
Once a subscription order has been processed and dispatched, it will be treated in the same way as any other product order under this policy.
How to Request a Return or Withdrawal
Before returning any item or exercising your right of withdrawal, please contact us at:

- Your full name
- Order number
- Details of the product(s)
- Reason for the return or withdrawal request
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning eligible products.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish or European consumer protection law.
