At 57 years old and living in Cork, I found myself increasingly concerned about my health. I was overweight and had developed diabetes and high blood pressure. Earlier this year, I made the decision to sign up to one of Dr. Eva’s programs, and it has completely transformed my life.
Since starting this programme, I have lost a total of 34lbs (15.4kg) and am no longer diabetic. I am delighted with the progress that I have made. With the encouragement and guidance from Dr. Eva and her team, I’ve transitioned to a maintenance plan and feel healthier than I have in years.
