Dr Eva's Pizza Base

While you decide what gorgeous colourful vegetables or lean meats you are going to add to your pizza, you will need to preheat your oven to 200ºC.

Brush some tomato sauce onto your base - we recommend Mutti Tomato Sauce, then sprinkle some on some high protein cheese of your choice. We love grated cheddar or parmesan for a change from mozzarella.

Add the rest of your toppings then bake in  hot oven for between 10 and 12 minutes.

When the pizza is as crispy as you like it, take it out of the oven and serve with a large green salad, drizzle with lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.

Now get straight out into the sunshine and enjoy with something low cal and sparkling!

Storage conditions:

Keep closed in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to light.

Once opened, keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days.

Sold as a pack of two 90g rectangular bases. 4 portions in total.
