Orange Flavoured Pancake High Protein

1. Add 100–110 ml of cold water to a shaker or mixing bowl.
2. Empty the contents of one pancake sachet into the water while whisking with a fork or shaking until smooth.
3. Lightly spray a non-stick pan with oil and place it over medium heat.
4. Pour the mixture into the pan and cover with a lid to help the pancake rise and cook evenly.
5. Once the top looks firm, gently loosen the edges with a silicone spatula and flip the pancake. Cook for another 10–15 seconds.
6. Serve immediately.
7. Enjoy on its own, with a squeeze of lemon or a spoon of your favourite Dr Eva’s spread.
