Get straight out into the sunshine and enjoy with something low cal and sparkling!
Ingredients

One Dr Eva’s Pizza Base

210g can of Mutti pizza sauce

Vegetables of choice, such as courgettes, peppers, and mushrooms, sliced thinly
-
Spray oil
-
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

80g reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat the oven according to the instructions in the pizza packet.
Place the pizza base on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Spread most of the pizza sauce over the base.
Place the vegetables in a bowl and spray some oil over them. Rub the oil into the vegetables along with the chili flakes, if using.
Scatter the vegetables evenly over the base and add the cheese on top
Bake in the pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Recipe Note
Serve with a large side salad.
